This June, the Opera Project returns to the Dante Alighieri Society of Massachusetts in East Cambridge for an intimate, passionate, and whimsical production of Gluck’s beloved opera about love, grief, and courage, Orfeo ed Euridice. In our first ever Pride Month celebration, Orfeo ed Euridice inspires the LOVE IS LOVE theme for our season, in a modern take on this enduring classic that transcends gender.

Continuing our partnership with the North End Music & Performing Arts Center, this production will feature a nine piece chamber orchestra (including a harp!) with Music Direction and Conducting by BFO Artistic Director and Principal Conductor, Alyssa Wang; Stage Direction by NEMPAC Opera Project Artistic Director, Brenda Huggins; and introducing the 2024 Artistic Associate of NEMPAC Opera Project, Leo Balkovetz.

Tickets coming soon!
